Hello Rituz,

Thanks for writing in.

As with most schools, HEC Paris too would not have much to allocate towards scholarships in a later round. Rest, of course, much depends on your credentials as well. If the scholarship is going to be an important factor in you making a decision, you should not apply in R3; instead, save your application for an earlier round of the next intake.

You have not shared details pertaining to your profile as a whole; resultantly, it is not possible to evaluate your case in detail.

Having said the above, a 311 is on the lower side; hence, if you believe that you have the bandwidth to retake the test and are confident that you will be able to improve, we would suggest that you retake the GRE and apply to the program with an improved score.
