Hi All, I have scored GMAT 720 (Q49 V40 IR3), have 4 years Work Ex and am an Indian male. Would you suggest to retake the GMAT or do I have a good chance of admission in Tepper? Any advice would be much appreciated

Much of the outcome depends on your profile. Tepper invests significant thought and effort in selecting truly diverse and motivated candidates. I have had Indian applicants with low GRE scores or non-business background who got accepted. So, it might be not easy to give advice based only on a score of 720 (without considering other details).

hi there is an option "Chart Your Path" just complete that and you’ll get the waiver

There is a step by step process mentioned in the website. I think you need to complete 7 steps or so and the fee will automatically get waived. If you still have queries DM me

I need to understand how much EA score is alright for Tepper application? Im an international reapplicant and do not have time to again give a GMAT. I got a waitlist the last time with a 730. Is someone on the same boat as me?

Have you exceeded your GMAT validity period?
A GMAT score of 730 alone is rarely the sole reason for rejection unless your application was submitted very late in the season. I have worked with applicants with scores lower than yours who were successfully admitted to Tepper. I recommend that you have your application reviewed by someone familiar with the admissions process to identify areas for improvement. If you received an invitation to interview last time, that is a positive sign. Work on improving your narrative and presenting your application more effectively this time.

Instead of investing your time on an EA score, with an uncertain result, I would strongly suggest to invest the same in preparing a good application. Indian applicants working with me, and current students at Tepper have even gotten in with score waivers; this includes those from Manufacturing Backgrounds (and with little to prove their Quant rigour).
In fact your 730 is a good score;
