All the M7 schools are great in almost all the areas, and its just that some schools have a stronger fit for some profiles, for ex Booth and Kellogg are well known for finance (so is Wharton), HBS for general management, Sloan for entrepreneurship.

Does Executive MBA program require company to sponsor or I can arrange the funds

As an admit to the full time mba program, I am not sure about that. You might want to check with the adcom on this.

Assuming your profile is otherwise solid, and career progression clear, you are at just the right stage for an accelerated one-year, full-time MBA program for mid-career professionals with diverse backgrounds (MIT, Stanford, USC Marshall and a few more including programs at LBS).
For specific domains however, you also have one year programs in SCM, Ops, Prod Mgt etc, but will need to understand your profile to answer.

can someone pls suggest anything for verbal? My scores are below 25 around in official mocks while on experts global I had till 33-37. For past few days I had been practicing on CR and RC which were my pain points but in mocks the accuracy is still 50% in each.

Maybe you need to practice more official verbal questions and spend time in analyzing why you are getting those questions right or wrong

Solve OG + official questions and check if your score improves!
