ISB Virtual Interview Option : ISB

Hi all,
Is the Virtual Interview option for ISB present only for international students and applicants in international location?
My current location is in India and I was hoping if I could opt for Virtual Interview.
Will online interview have some disadvantage for acceptance or scholarship?
